Back Story
"Why do SMBs not have access to high value data science talent as large corporations?"
Our founder, with 20 years of experience in data science leadership, in his previous startups, always felt gaping need for high value talent in data science and analytics to leverage consumer data. However, affording this high value talent was difficult due to high costs of recruiting and retaining such talent. While dealing with talent scarcity at his startups, he saw big corporations monopolizing global talent pools by opening cost effective Global Capability Centers (GCCs) in India & many other locations.
Recognizing this major gap for startups, small and medium size businesses and even large legacy businesses, microGCC was born to solve this acute problem.
